With a background in events and hospitality, I was always on my feet ensuring that customers’ needs were not just met but exceeded. After several years in the insurance industry, I have realised that it is not so different. It is all about building connections, anticipating needs, and delivering personalised service that leaves a lasting impression. And by that, I mean golf days and long lunches!
